Grace Sbarra

Grace (gsbarra@charlotte.edu) is a Communication Studies major with a minor in Psychology at UNC Charlotte. She spent this past summer studying abroad in Rome, Italy, where she completed an internship at ELAB Education and gained firsthand experience supporting students throughout the study abroad application process. During her internship, she assisted students and families with applications, researched universities and programs, and helped students navigate the different steps involved in preparing to study abroad. Outside of her academics, Grace is involved in Alpha Chi Omega and has served in various leadership roles. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, traveling, and reading. She will be graduating in Fall 2026 and hopes to pursue a master’s degree in Higher Education afterwards. Study abroad was an opportunity that changed her college experience for the better, so Grace is excited to encourage other 49ers to explore the opportunities available through education abroad.
