Students going abroad Spring 2023, Calendar Year 2023, Spring Break 2023, Summer 2023, Fall 2023, or Academic Year 2023-24, who are also applying for the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship, must submit their scholarship application by Thursday, October 6. Note that UNC Charlotte Education Abroad (EA) does not administer or facilitate this scholarship and students must apply through the Gilman Scholarship Portal. This application must be submitted by 11:59 PM PST, no exceptions. Each year EA offers Gilman Workshops, which gives students tips on how to have a competitive Gilman application. Learn more here.
