Elijah Jeffreys

Elijah (ejeffre2@charlotte.edu) is a senior at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS). He is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems and hopes to pursue a career as a technology consultant, combining his interests in innovation, collaboration, and travel.

During his time at UNC Charlotte, Elijah studied abroad in Japan at J.F. Oberlin University, where he experienced both urban and rural communities. Immersing himself in a new culture broadened his perspective, strengthened his adaptability, and reinforced his passion for international experiences. He enjoys sharing how studying abroad contributed to both his personal and professional growth and encourages other students to explore opportunities outside their comfort zones.

A Chancellor’s List student, Elijah is known for his outgoing personality, creativity, and positive attitude. Outside of academics, he enjoys discovering new music, traveling, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. He looks forward to continuing to grow through global experiences while helping others discover the opportunities that international education can provide.
