Faculty-Led Program Proposals Now Open for 2027

Charlotte Global is pleased to announce that proposals are now open for 2027 faculty-led programs. Please take note of the following deadlines:

Spring & Spring Break 2027 programs – Due June 1, 2026
Summer 2027 programs – Due July 15, 2026
Fall & Fall Break 2027 programs – Due December 1, 2026

If this is your first time proposing a program, please ensure that you have completed the Program Development 101 Modules prior to submission.

New This Year!

Faculty proposing a program for the first time should submit a new program proposal through the EA portal using this link.
Faculty proposing a recurring program may complete the Education Abroad Faculty-Led Recurring Program Proposal Form, which offers a streamlined alternative to the full proposal.

Program Development Workshop
Education Abroad will host a Faculty-Led Program Development Workshop on April 1 from 3:00–5:00 PM for those interested in learning more about developing a program or navigating the proposal process. Please RSVP here.

Faculty Drop-In Hours
We will also host drop-in hours to answer any questions about program development or the proposal process:
